Can I get prescription glasses the next day in Oakland County?
Yes. Focus Optical in Rochester Hills cuts and edges lenses in our own lab instead of sending them out, so most prescription glasses are ready the next day. We're at 2046 W Auburn Rd near Crooks Road, an easy drive from Troy, Rochester, Auburn Hills, Bloomfield Hills, and the rest of Oakland County.
Is every prescription ready the next day?
Most are. Some lens types and coatings have to be ordered and take a little longer. We'll tell you exactly when your glasses will be ready before you leave.
Do you have an eye doctor on site?
Yes. Dr. Diane Galper, OD, does eye exams and contact lens exams in our office on Tuesdays. You can pick out frames right after your exam, and most glasses are ready the next day.
Can you put new lenses in my current frames?
Yes. Bring in the frames you like and we'll cut new lenses for them in our lab, so you don't have to buy new frames.
Do you take vision insurance?
We accept EyeMed, VSP, NVA, Davis Vision, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Humana, Heritage Vision, and most other vision plans, and you don't need insurance to be seen. Call (248) 852-8830 with your plan name and we'll confirm your coverage before your visit.
Are adjustments free if I bought my glasses somewhere else?
Yes. Adjustments and cleaning are free for anyone, on any pair, no purchase or appointment needed.
